I like to document and share using things I've learnt or found here on my blog. Hopefully you find some of it useful or interesting as well.

A little bit about me

I'm a Technical Support Analyst, this involves me mainly providing technical support however I also spend a large part of time investigating more complex problems and resolving them.

Outside of technical support, I'm training to become a DevOps Engineer and as part of my training (and also my job) I often learn or come across stuff that is interesting and/or useful, so I like to document and share these things with other people here on my blog.
